Dr Motlokoa Khasu

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the Catalysis Institute, Chemical Engineering at UCT.  My PhD work focused on developing new synthesis techniques to synthesize state of the art supports, that doubles as both support and promoter in the iron-based Fischer Tropsch synthesis. I completed my undergraduate degree in 2014 at UCT and continued studying towards my MSc with the focus on the effect of cobalt oxide morphology in the preferential oxidation of CO, graduating in 2017 with distinction.
