Dept. of Construction Economics and Management course This course is designed to equip participants with advanced skills regarding the valuation of property to be acquired by the State under the provisions of the Property Valuation Act 2014, the Regulations to the Property Valuation Act and the Constitution. The course is offered jointly with the Office of the Valuer General.
