Dr. Oyindamola Kayode completed his masters and doctorate degrees at the University of Johannesburg South Africa. He was awarded the Southern Africa Association for the Advancement of Science (S2A3) Bronze Medal Award for the best research master’s degree student in a scientific discipline at the University of Johannesburg. He completed his final part of his doctorate as a DAAD research fellow at the Materials Testing Institute, University of Stuttgart in Germany. He is currently working in a research team investigating the mechanics of production; and resulting material properties and behaviours of wrought aluminium alloys for manufacturing beverage can-body stock.
