• Factors/Variables that affect the productivity of labour across construction projects (building, infrastructure, and railway developments) in South Africa.
• Assessment of the efficacy of digital technologies in the management/improvement of project performance in the South African Construction Industry.
• Standardisation of soft technologies in managing the financial portfolio of a construction project.
• Assessing the nexus between traditional costing systems and modern digital variations in infrastructure projects in South Africa.
• Examination of South African labour skills with digital/digitalisation and the resultant output when measured against international markets/standards.
• The strengths and weaknesses of SMEs in adopting digital technologies against the various project types and the measurement of project labour productivity.
