Pink Talk - Camilla Allen
Dr Camilla Allen is a lecturer in the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Sheffield where she did her Masters and PhD. Her research centres around trees, and the people, events and places that help us understand our relationship with them and the wider natural world. She is the co-editor of The Politics of Street Trees and is currently working on publications related to the Women of the Welfare Landscape project with Luca Csepely-Knorr. These papers explore (amongst other things) gender, class and colonialism in the context of the recent history of the landscape architecture profession.
Camilla is presenting remotely on Zoom - her presentation will be accessible via Zoom and simultaneously screened live in the Pink Room, Centlivres, UCT.
