It is with deep sadness that I have to announce that Granville passed away last night peacefully. Granville has been with the Department for much longer than most of us (he served the department for over 46 years) and has been the embodiment of the spirit of our Department. 

We thank Granville for all he has done for the Department and our thoughts are with his family who will miss him dearly. Arrangements regarding the funeral and memorial service will be communicated in due course.
