Dear Mogashana is passionate about engineering students' experiences and success. She is a certified Master Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. Her research interests are in Engineering Education. Specifically, she explores interventions that improve engineering students' well-being and empowers them with skills that equip them to be balanced, well-rounded human beings and engineers.
