Following the announcement of CEM's new Property Studies curriculum, Assoc Prof Manya Mooya was interviewed by Asset magazine where he shared more details about the programme. 

"It's all systems go," Manya tells Asset. "With the new curriculum we have positioned the department as a centre that specialises in property education from the perspective of emerging economies with their particular concerns. UCT will be the natural choice for studies around this. We plan to distinguish ourselves in this arena."
