Radar 2020 Challenge!
At the 2020 IEEE International Radar Conference in Washington there will be a new “Radar Challenge” event. The challenge will host an unknown target scene that participants will then sense and decipher using their self-engineered “home-brew” radar. Challenge participants will be judged based on their data collection performance with respect to system cost and the best participants will be recognised with prizes awarded during the banquet dinner. The goal is to build a community of radar builders that collectively explore the art of the possible in making “COTS-based” radars.
The challenge not only offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate radar ingenuity on a global stage but also the chance to win one of the excellent prizes generously donated by our prize sponsors.
If you are unable to participate in Washington, please keep in mind that we are also planning a similar challenge event for the 2020 IEEE Radar Conference in Florence.
